User of Cash & Carry Furniture should be aged over 18 years of age. This includes to place an order, to register an account with us or to sign up to our email newsletter.
It is ultimately the buyers responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it be the case where delivery is deemed impossible and that the package is returned to us, then the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for the resending of good.

Your agreement to our terms. Your access or use of our services means you have read, understood and agreed with our terms. By clicking onto and using a Website/Online Services you show that you have legal authority to accept Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and or any party you represent in connection with the use of our Website or Service. If you choose not to accept our terms, you are therefore not authorised to use this website or services.
Changes to our terms. From time to time, MattressandMore may change, remove, add to or otherwise modify our Terms and reserve the right to do so at our discretion. In such cases, we can post any updates master terms/additional terms as may be relevant to the applicable website, and clearly indicate the date of revision. We highly encourage you to review our terms frequently. In addition to this, if modifications we make are material, we will then make commercial efforts to notify you electronically, for example by email. If we have an email on file we might display a notice that will indicate the terms that have changed. The new and/or amended terms do take immediate effect, provided however that is deemed material used by CompassFurniture in its sole discretion.
Delivery. Here at MattressandMore we strive to dispatch our products as quickly as possible to the buyer. Orders will be dispatched and delivered via our trusted, friendly and highly trained delivery team. Please note all transitional orders are subject to review prior to dispatch. If you have a specific query regarding your delivery address outside of Ireland/UK or rest of Europe, please get in contact with us and we will be able to give you a specific delivery quote.
Before delivery, we would like to advise our customers to use a tape measure to size up your doors and hallway to plan the easiest and most efficient route into your living space. All our products are delivered free of charge by a caring, highly professional and well trained team who will be happy to answer any questions you may have and assist where possible. As for product installation, this is subject to a small fee.
Should I check anything before my purchase arrives?:
- Have you checked that the product will fit and sizes are not an issue for the living space you purchase will be put into.
- Are my delivery details I provided correct, including my address, contact details and Post Code.
- Is there a clear path on entry and parking for the delivery team.
Delivery Charges: Absolutely nothing. You pay for our product(s) and we will deliver free of charge!. Delivery anywhere in ROI.
Returns. MattressandMore are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from the date of delivery. All unwanted returns must be returned in an unused, as new condition in addition to your order form. Once we receive the returned goods, you will be automatically refunded if your goods pass inspection. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, we will replace your item(s). Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues. Items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
Collection will cost €200 anywhere in ROI.
Here at MattressandMore, you can buy our products with absolute confidence, as we ultimately care about our customers and we are only happy when our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. So we do offer a no-hassle 14 day return period from the date of your delivery. If you unfortunately decide you don’t want our product, or if your purchase arrives with an item broken or damaged, please use the for, below within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return of the item. We will then process your completed form and happily replace the product or issue a full refund. Please note that the item must be in a fully-resalable condition including the original unmarked and undamaged packaging. Please note the buyer will be subject to pay for collection cost. Please also note if you request a refund, this may take up to 30 days after the product has been returned to our warehouse or collected from you, to enter the account in which the funds were originally drawn from on the day of purchase.
Products which cannot be returned:
- If received more than 14 days ago.
- The item has been opened (for any reason other than to inspect).
- The item has been damaged by the customer.
- The item is without the original packaging and labels.
- The item has been assembled in any way.
- Clearance items.
- Any item marked “non-returnable” on our website.
